38 weeks...desperate...labor..wha… going on?

I am 38 weeks today. This isn't my 1st baby it is my 4th. I have never gone into to labor on my own I have always been induced for different reasons. Last night I was SO sure I was going to be heading to the hospital! I was having very strong contraction 4 mins apart for 3 hour straight,they didn't miss a beat and then they just stopped. I have felt sickly all day long almost like I took laxative(very sick to my stomach and cramping). I have also been having a ton of soft frequent bowel movements,My thighs and ache,My lower back is killing me no matter what position I am in. I am having contractions but at this point they are BH..they don't hurt at all like they did last night. It is also extremely painful when baby moves she is pressing on something but I have no idea what,it hurts. Could labor be failing to progress due to the fact she is breech? If I go into L&D will they do anything for me? I have SEVERE SPD and I just don't know how much more I can take. I am seriously ready to break down bc of the pain and the fact I haven't slept more then 2 hours a night or day for the last 3 weeks. What can I do? Will they do anything for me?
