I am interested in becoming a paralegal. Can anyone tell me how much schooling is involved? Thank you!?

I am in school right now for this. I am getting an ociates in Paralegal (2 years), but then I am transferring to a four year program. You can get a job with the two year, but most employers prefer the four year ones I think. Also, most employers prefer experience over education.
