How do you reduce your sodium intake?

It seems that no matter what I eat I end up eating a little bit more sodium that is recommended. I usually exercise alot so usually I can just sweat it off, but its off season for me and I feel like I've been eating a lot of junk food and sodium, fat enriched foods in my diet. So, I was wondering if you have any recommendations as to what foods I should eat to lower my sodium, calorie and fat intake? because lately I have not felt good overall, and am wondering if you have any recommendations?
