I got some stilton at a grocery store. I have never tried it but heard it was very good. The cheese I got is called blue veined, though the veins look almost black. It smells like sweaty, moldy sports gear! It tasted like the nastiest mold/swamp muck, with a horrid everlasting after after taste. I could taste no cheese, only mold. I just tried some Parmigano Reggiano = Real Good, tried some 22 month Gouda = Awesome, then stilton......Is this rotten or what???
