Can I get into any good universities with a combined SAT score from 2 tests of 1540 and a GPA of 2.85?

Your GPA and test scores are low for the main campus of Rutgers, but you might be able to get into one of the other two Rutgers campuses. If you do well enough there, you could later transfer to the main campus.
