Do you allow someone to trade Steven Jackson for Carson Palmer?

I have one team looking for a QB. That team has Kyle Orton for a QB at this point. I have another team that has Matt Schaub, Arion Foster, Knowshon Moreno, Chad Johnson, Wes Welker, Jason Witten, J Feely and the Packers D. She also has Carson Palmer, Marshawn Lynch, Benard Berian, Devery Henderson, Dustin Keller, Sam Bradford and Nate Burleson on their bench. The other team offered Steven Jackson for Carson Palmer. I am torn on making my decision on if it's a fair trade or not. Carson Palmer has yet to prove he's a #1 QB in 3 years. Steven Jackson has allways been a stud and has yet to prove he's a dud. Should I approve it or no?
