Suddenly, they are empty kisses?

Ive been seeing this guy for about 10 months already. Physical attraction was never there and I was always swaying back and forth. We then became friends and hung out almost everyday. Then.. those warm feelings came. I wanted to get close and when we'd hold hands, anxiety came strongly. Things went by and we got together and kissing him was magnificent. Then, ual attraction came and I wanted to go further but he didn't because it scared him. Things kept going rocky. Such strong warm feelings tho. Yet we were very comfortable and no "excitement". I wanted more. Finally, my eyes wandered elsewhere and realized theres more fish in the sea. But I stayed and physical attraction was there after a while and stayed there. And kissing him is empty now. But I can kiss him a lot! I would never kiss guys I didnt like..But its very empty.. I always loved cuddling to sleep with his sweater but now I can't. Ever since I went after new guys. I have been molested and hurt from past relationships.
