Why does condensation build up in my headlights?

I purchased 2 new headlights last summer because the old ones had condensation inside of them. It built up so much that the lamps blew out! Now the new ones that I have seem to be doing the same thing. I checked for leaks, cracks etc.. nothing found! what's the problem?
