Any one ever heard of Mosaic Direct Marketing Ltd in Aylesford, Kent, UK?

My daughter has been offered a job with them, but they don't seem kosher? If you have heard of them, what was your experience? Did they pay as expected, they are saying it will be by cheque, but they haven't taken any Nat Ins number etc. They seem to only employ students, is that because they are an easy target for a scam??
