Do I have any rights? I am not blood related but have raised her for 1 yr and 5 months?

Babies bio moms parental rights have been revoked. I am mommy. Dad and I have been in a relationship and living together for 2 yrs and 4 months. He has had full custody for 1 yr and 5 months. Prior to custody we had baby every weekend untill bio mother forgot to come get her. He works part time and goes to school full time. I work full time and have been her mommy full time for 1 yr and 5 months. Without my mothering , she would have been sent to Texas and retrieved at school age. Dad threatens to send her to grammas( in Texas) every time he gets upset with me.. Even though everyone, including gramma, knows I am a very good mommy, She has been begging him to send baby to her, since he got custody. Grampa thinks he needs to quit threatening me and deal with our disagreements in a more suitable manor. I love baby with all my heart and can't bare the thought of him sending her away.
