My own brother is stealing from me?

He stole about 150 when i was like 12,now in the past year he has taking about 300-400 dollars,and he stole my wii.i thought he was family so i told my mom so that means i told on him.so he is going to try and snitch on me for something that probably isn't even true.he has before. we were so close to i never would of thought of him stealing my wii.the other day he told me he didn't have any money and he asked me if i knew anyone with a 360.and he didn't have money then i heard him talking on the phone and he said to his friend that he was loaded with cash tonight.so i was wondering how he got the money.i need help should i just for git about him even though he is family or forgive him.
