Pregnant and 15 but Boyfriend is 19 but we wanna get married?

Ok my boyfriend is 19 and i'm 15 gettin ready to turn 16 in November. i'm pregnant and we really wanna get married and i was wondering if we could get married without my parents signature. Is this legal in WV and what all do u have to have to go register for marriage liscense?
