Why do many parents complain of their kids getting low grades but never pushing them unless they are gifted?

Well, someone has to grow up to work at McDonald's. If every child was pushed, who would do it? Who would rent out the thousands of mobile homes in the USA? Who would file all the cl action lawsuits? If EVERY child was pushed academically, who would appear on Maury and peopleofwalmart.com? Reality shows? WHO WOULD DO ??? Society needs all kinds, and without the uneducated, the US would not be the country we all love.
